We’re searching for a friendly, motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team. About the Role
As a CSR, you’ll be the face of our practice! From greeting clients and their furry friends to ensuring smooth front-desk operations, you’ll play a vital role in making each client’s visit a positive experience. In addition to providing stellar customer service, you’ll also help keep our front desk organized and efficient.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and pets to the practice with a smile, answering questions, and handling payments
- Keeping our appointment schedule running smoothly, including answering phones and booking appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Updating and filing patient charts to keep records accurate and organized
- Processing credit card payments and preparing bank deposits
- Retrieving prescriptions and assisting with pet supply purchases
- Ensuring our waiting room stays clean and inviting
